Fastener Plant Established

Founded a factory producing screws and bolts, marking the group’s earliest step into manufacturing.

1998

Motorcycle Parts Factory

Expanded operations into motorcycle components, strengthening expertise in the power sports supply chain.

Ultima Group Founded

Established Ningbo Chariot Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., launching full motorcycle assembly and exports to global markets.

Entry into the U.S. Market

Formed CRT MOTO in the U.S., building a nationwide dealer network covering all 50 states.

Large-Displacement Go-Karts
